Abstract: Employability is a collection of factors such as knowledge, skills, abilities and qualities required for successful employment. Colleges and universities should strengthen the cultivation of college students' skills based on employability from the aspects of the construction of teachers, class teaching, college students' career development and employment entrepreneurship education, professional societies, practice teaching, school and enterprise cooperation, so as to promote the employment of college students.
