Abstract: With the shift of resource construction, service innovation, space recycling, and further restructuring in business sector, transformation of university library is necessary. Librarians' role must be re-oriented and their quality should be improved. Only when they can be good librarians about information service and subject, also in embedded and compound style, they are qualified and in line with demands of time that are dependent for readers.
