Abstract: It is expected to adapt actively to the needs of social management innovation for public administration talent cultivation. It hence needs to establish, in accordance with the national conditions, local background and campus situation, the cultivation model, formulate accurately the cultivation target, set up the curriculum system crossed and classified, promote the cooperation with out-of-university units, practice entirely the tutorial system, and pay more attention to the follow-up inspection and assessment for the enhance of the cultivation quality.
