Abstract: In the experimental teaching for graduates by use of large-size analytical instruments and equipment, teachers are supposed to make innovation on the practice teaching for the stimulation of students' enthusiasm and cultivate their abilities in innovation, literature reading and scientific research through the hierarchical and interactive teaching method as well as their interest in the participation.
