Abstract: It is considered that music quality education is not only beneficial to the enhance of science and engineering student ideology and morality but also to the cultivation of their innovation ability and good comprehensive quality. In some science and engineering colleges and universities, it is found that the lack of knowledge on music quality education, the shortage of teaching faculty and the insufficient guarantee in education systems lead to, in aspects of students, such issues as the music attainment and music quality education and teaching. It is thus necessary to make the detailed understanding of music quality education and make continuously the reform and innovation on the system construction and the education and teaching.
