Abstract: The grave production overcapacity of iron and steel in China in recent ten years makes prodigiously the negative effect on the normal development of the whole industry while it is not effective enough to make the simple policy control. It is hence necessary, based on E-commerce and market forces, to promote the merger and acquisition integration for the effective transformation of the production overcapacity.
