传统技术体制锁定下新能源汽车产业综合治理体系研究

Research on New Energy Automotive Industry's Comprehensive Controlling System Locked by Traditional Technology System

  • 摘要: 由于传统能源汽车技术体制锁定,中国新能源汽车产业跨越式发展难以实现,而成功地破解传统能源汽车技术体制锁定,实现跨越式发展关键在于建立综合治理体系。为了确保综合治理体系有效且高效,需要对传统能源汽车技术体制锁定进行重新定义,分析传统能源汽车技术体制锁定的形成过程,在此基础上构建出我国新能源汽车产业综合治理体系的基本框架。

     

    Abstract: Owing to the lock of the traditional energy technology system, it is difficult for China to achieve the great-leap-forward development of new energy automotive, and breaking the lock of traditional energy's technology system successfully to realize the great-leap-forward development, the key point is to set up comprehensive controlling system. In order to ensure the comprehensive controlling system's effectiveness and high efficiency, this article redefines the traditional energy technology system's lock, analyses the formation process of its lock. Based on these analyses, the basic framework of Chinese new energy automotive industry's comprehensive controlling system is set up.
