思想道德修养与法律基础课法律部分案例教学模式研究

Research on Law Case Teaching Mode in the Course of Ideological and Moral Cultivation and Introduction to Law

  • 摘要: 思想道德修养与法律基础课法律部分的教学目标应当定位于增进学生用法律思维思考问题的意识和能力。案例教学是该部分重要的教学模式。案例教学的应用有多种模式,每种模式有其相应的应用要则。案例教学模式的应用要注意教学理念的传达技巧,实现其应有的思想政治教育价值。

     

    Abstract: The teaching objective of the course of Ideological and Moral Cultivation and Introduction to Law should enhance students' sense and ability of legal thinking. Case teaching is an important part of it. There are all kinds modes in the application of case teaching, among which each has its own applied principle, and the application of which should attach importance to the imparting skills and realize its own value in ideological and political education.
