社会主义公正观对先秦儒家公正观之借鉴解读

The Interpretation of the Pre-Qin Confucian Justice from the View of Socialist Justice

  • 摘要: 在构建社会主义公正观的过程中，要坚持以马克思主义公正观为指导，立足本土化与中国传统文化思想，深入研究先秦儒家公正观，从经济、政治、社会、生态维度对儒家公正思想进行批判、继承、改造、转型与超越，以完善和丰富社会主义公正观的结构与内容。

     

    Abstract: During the process of building a socialist view of justice, we must adhere to regard the Marxist view of justice as the Guide, base on localization and traditional Chinese culture thought and deepen the study of the pre-Qin Confucian Justice view. We should criticize, inherit, transform and surpass the Confucian thought of justice from the economic, political, social and ecological dimensions to perfect and enrich the structure and the content of the socialist view of justice.
