高校资助育人体系视阈下贫困生心理调适探究

A Study on Psychological Adjustment of Impoverished Students from the Perspective of University-funded Educational System

  • 摘要: 心理调适是大学生应对挫折困境、恢复心理平衡的重要途径。在现实的资助育人体系建构中,应通过提高贫困生心理调适能力、抓好专业队伍建设、加强社会支持系统、建立动态心理台账、形成专门育人体系等途径,解决贫困生心理困境,促进他们全面健康发展。

     

    Abstract: Psychological adjustment is an important way for college students to cope with adversity and restore psychological balance. In the construction of the actual subsidy system, actions should be taken to solve the psychological predicament of the impoverished students by improving the psychological adjustment ability of them, improving the construction of the professional team, strengthening the social support system, setting up the dynamic psychological account, and forming the special education system.
