EPC模式下工程项目授权氛围对组织间信任的影响研究

Research on the Effect of Project Empowerment on Inter-Organizational Trust under EPC Mode

  • 摘要: 工程项目组织间授权氛围各维度对组织间的信任有影响作用。结果显示:跨边界自主性和以团队方式合作对计算型信任的影响并不明显,而对关系型信任有显著影响。因此,在EPC模式下,总承包商可以通过信息的共享、给予各分包商一定的自主权、形成以团队代替层级的意识,可以有效改善组织间的信任水平,从而提高组织间的合作效益。

     

    Abstract: All dimensions of Project empowerment climate can influence interorganizational trust.Results show that the influence of cross border autonomy and the team-orientated cooperation on calculus-based trust is not obvious,but it is obvious on relation trust.Therefore,with EPC model,the head-contractor share sub-contractor a certain amount of autonomy through information sharing to foster a sense of team replacing hierarchy,effectively improve level of trust among organizations and promote cooperative effect.
