Abstract: The financial performance management in Economic & Technological Development Zone should not only focus on the performance budget mode, but also guide the transformation and upgrading of Economic & Technological Development Zone based on the ecological perspective, and design and build the management and control mechanism of the investment and financing performance, debt risk control and participation in the performance management of Economic & Technological Development Zone. Therefore, each mechanism can independently play the role of promoting ecotypic financial performance control, and at the same time, it can generate the resultant force to promote the development of ecotypic financial performance, and guide the construction of Economic & Technological Development Zone to achieve upgrading.
