Abstract: Analysis and testing center is one of the important bases for colleges and universities to conduct scientific research, personnel training and social services, whose construction and development needs to improve the use of equipment and management level, to optimize the management mechanism, to improve the degree of resource sharing and service capabilities; to further enhance the capacity of the center staff through an effective incentive mechanism and to improve equipment efficiency.
