Abstract: There exist some problems such as lack of teachers, large proportion of young teachers, unreasonable structure, poor stability and inadequate scientific research capacity of teachers in teacher staff construction of independent colleges in Anhui. More support should be given to the teacher staff construction of independent colleges. Through deep reform, a perfect teacher staff construction mechanism should be established; the recruitment mechanism as well as the teacher staff structure of independent colleges should be improved; Safeguard mechanism of independent colleges should be optimized; and the process of teacher staff construction should be pushed forward steadily.
