摘要: 项目化管理在企业的运作中取得了很好的效果，它作为一种成功的管理模式，已经开始被众多高校引入到日常的学生工作中去。学生工作项目化管理能够提高工作效率和学校资源的利用率。

Abstract: Project management has achieved good results in the operation of the company. As a successful management model, it has been introduced into the daily student affairs by many colleges and universities. Project management of student affairs can improve work efficiency and utilization of school resources.
