An Analysis of Approaches for Rural Collective Construction Land Entering the Market to Narrow Down the Income Gap between Urban and Rural Areas

摘要: 城乡收入差距扩大的原因是多方面的，政府有关部门也采取了很多措施缩小城乡收入差距。农村集体建设用地入市可以拓宽农村集体建设用地的流转渠道，增加农村基础教育的投入，完善农村社保体系的建设，直接或间接地增加农民收入，从而缩小城乡收入差距。

Abstract: Reasons for the widening of urban-rural income gap are manifold, and relevant government departments have also taken many measures to narrow the income gap between urban and rural areas. By entering the market, rural collective construction land can broaden its flow channels, increase the investment in rural basic education, improve the level of rural social society system and raise the income of farmers directly or indirectly, thereby narrowing the urban-rural income gap.
