Abstract: The construction of Ma'anshan ecological civilized city has favorable infrastructures and conditions. The existing problems of ecological environment at present stem from unreasonable economic development mode. What Ma'anshan should do at present in building an ecological civilized city is to develop iron and steel cluster recycling economy, establish various Eco-industrial park, build mining ecological zone, develop ecological agriculture, and construct Eco-economic development mode; in the meantime, strengthen government guidance and environment governance, carry out publicity education, and promote people's effective participation in environment protection to establish new recycling economic ethics system in the whole society.
