Abstract: The excellent engineer education training program focuses on the development and improvement of engineering capabilities of students majoring in engineering. Under the background of engineering education accreditation, colleges and universities should reconstruct excellent personnel training program to make it more in line with the requirements of engineering education accreditation; they should deepen the reform of course teaching and improve the awareness of innovation constantly; they should strengthen the construction of course integration and course groups and pay attention to teaching process management; they should strengthen school-enterprise cooperation and improve the achievement of talent training goals; they should intensify the integration of course resources, form joint forces, improve teachers' engineering practice ability, and then improve the quality of training engineering talents.
