本科生导师制团队式培养模式探索

Exploration of Team Training Mode for Undergraduate Tutorial System

  • 摘要: 实行本科生导师制团队式培养新模式,旨在提高高校师生比不足情况下本科生导师的指导效果。我们通过建立"高带低""科研带竞赛""研究生带本科生"三带体系,以团队为培养载体,将团队意识融入到创新能力和实践能力的培养过程中,取得了明显成效。

     

    Abstract: The aim of the new mode of team training for undergraduate tutorial system is to meet the challenge of a serious imbalance between teachers and students and improve the quality of undergraduate education. The establishment of three WITH system "high grade with low grade""research with competition" and "graduate students with undergraduate", using the team as the training carrier, will cultivate team consciousness into innovation ability and practice ability, to cultivate more innovative talents to adapt to social development.
