Abstract: Metalworking practice is a practical course, which can enhance the practical operation ability of engineering students. At present, there are some problems in metalworking practice, such as low systematization, obsolete teaching content and monotonous teaching method. The teaching quality of metalworking practice should be improved by introducing advanced software and equipment, strengthening the construction of teaching staff and constructing a new teaching content framework.
