Abstract: "Poor university students" is a special group of ideological and political education, especially in the background of the current network, information dissemination has shifted, which requires highly in students' ideological and political education. To do the work well, we should transform the role of ideological and political education teacher, innovate the educational method, enrich the education and strengthen the guidance for the poor students.
