新能源汽车产业破解燃油汽车技术体制锁定的研究

The Research on New Energy Automotive Industry Breaking the Fuel Vehicle Industry Technology System Locking

  • 摘要: 由于燃油汽车技术体制锁定,中国新能源汽车产业爆发式增长难以实现。重新定义燃油汽车技术体制锁定,分析燃油汽车技术体制锁定的形成过程,发现只有通过技术缝隙创新、关联技术体制和社会技术环境等体制外部力量与体制内在动态适应能力共同作用,才能破解燃油汽车技术体制锁定。为此需要建立完整的战略管理体系,引导和管理新能源汽车产业破解燃油汽车技术体制锁定。

     

    Abstract: Owing to the locking by the fuel vehicle industry technology system, Chinese new energy automotive industry's explosive growth is difficult to achieve. So, this article redefines the locking of the fuel vehicle industry technology system, analyses the formation process of this locking, and reveals that the fuel vehicle industry technology system locking can be broken only if we combine the external force with the intrinsic dynamics adaptive ability, such as the technology gap innovation, the technology system and the social technological environment's relevancy. Therefore, it requires to set up complete strategic management system, lead and manage the new energy automotive industry to break the fuel vehicle industry technology system locking.
