“围绕学生、关照学生、服务学生”的逻辑意蕴及实现路径

Logical Implication and Realization Ways of Focusing on Students, Caring for Students and Serving Students

  • 摘要: "围绕学生、关照学生、服务学生"三者之间密切关联、互相支撑。"围绕学生"就是要坚持"学生"为中心,筑牢职业思维和职业使命,让学生拥有共鸣感和认同感;"关照学生"就是要尊重学生差异,促其个性化成长和差异化发展,让学生拥有幸福感和成就感;"服务学生"就是要强化问题导向,关切需求期待和所遇困惑,让学生拥有成长感和获得感。

     

    Abstract: Focusing on students, caring for students and serving students are closely related and mutually supportive. Focusing on students is to consider students as the center and build a strong professional thinking and professional mission, so that students can have a sense of resonance and identity. Caring for students is to respect differences between students, promote their individualized growth and their differential development, so that students can have a sense of happiness and achievement. Serving students is to strengthen problem orientation, care about their needs, expectations and confusion, so that students can have a sense of growth and acquisition.
