Abstract: Model worker spirit's entering campus is an important carrier for college and universities to carry forward model worker spirit and foster professional spirit. In order to further enrich the theory and practice of model worker spirit education in colleges and universities, it is necessary to follow up the research on the development, transformation, application and practice of model worker spirit's entering campus under new situation.
