Problems and Countermeasures of Overseas Shopping Quality Marketing

  • 摘要: 随着海关税收新政的实施,部分产品在征收综合税后对于供货方利润空间相对减小,一些不法商户以次充好,欺骗海淘消费者。海淘消费者对海外产品质量感知度下降,导致海外产品的总体需求量下降。进口商应利用大数据解读消费者潜在购物需求,与海外物流系统共同建立完善供应链,并提高进口商品质量审核,完善售后服务,以确保海外购物消费者的基本权益。

     

    Abstract: With the implementation of the new customs tax policy, the profit space of suppliers for some foreign products is relatively reduced. Therefore, some illegal merchants are using inferiors to cheat overseas online shopping consumers. Overseas online shopping consumers usually have lower perception of the quality of overseas products, which results in lowering overall demand for foreign products. Importers should use the big data to interpret consumers' potential shopping demand, establish the supply chain and corporate with the overseas logistics system, improve the quality audit of imported goods and improve after-sales service to ensure the basic rights and interests of overseas shopping consumers.
