多科性大学文科人才精细化培养模式探讨

A Discussion on Refined Training Mode of Liberal Arts Talents in Multidisciplinary Universities

  • 摘要: 文科专业人才在多科性大学培养过程中存在定位不准、特色不明、人才培养模式滞后等问题。应引入精细化管理理念,通过确立精细化的培养目标定位,构建精细化的培养方案,建立相配套的导师制,进行相应的教学改革和制度、队伍建设,培养具有鲜明特色的高质量的文科人才。

     

    Abstract: The Problems of inaccurate orientation, unclear characteristics and backward training mode exist in the training process of liberal arts talents in multidisciplinary universities. It is necessary to introduce the concept of refined management, establish the orientation of refined training objectives, construct a refined training program and a matching tutorial system, carry out corresponding teaching reform and system, team building, and cultivate high-quality liberal arts talents with distinctive characteristics.
