高校师德规范对传统师德思想脉承关系探析

A Research on the Inheritance of Traditional Teachers' Morality Thought by the Current Teachers' Moral Norms

  • 摘要: 我国当今高校师德规范在一定程度上体现了讲政治、作表率、守仁义、尚学习等古代师德优良传统,反映了当今高校师德规范对历代优秀师德思想的继承与弘扬。先贤师德思想是当今高校教师加强修养的重要参考资源,当今高校师德文化建设必须对中华优秀传统文化进行传承及创造性转化。

     

    Abstract: To a certain extent, the current teachers' moral norms in China embody the fine traditions of ancient teachers' morality thought, such as stressing politics, setting an example, abiding by benevolence and righteousness, and advocating learning, which reflects the inheritance and promotion of the excellent teachers' morality thought in the past dynasties by the current teachers' moral norms in colleges and universities. Traditional teachers' morality thought is an important reference resource for today's college teachers to strengthen their self-cultivation. In addition, the construction of teachers' morality culture in colleges and universities must inherit and creatively transform the excellent traditional Chinese culture.
