Abstract: Based on the survey data of 16 cities in Anhui province, this paper studied the influencing factors of medical satisfaction of urban and rural residents in China using Ordered Probit model. The study found that:first, patients with higher education degree had higher evaluation of medical treatment. Secondly, the better the patients' health, the higher the satisfaction. Thirdly, a higher degree of medical convenience can significantly improve patients' satisfaction with medical treatment. Fourthly, the higher the degree of medical professional equipment meeting the needs of diagnosis, the better the treatment effect of patients and the higher the degree of satisfaction.Therefore, in order to improve patients' satisfaction with medical treatment in a targeted way, education of medical knowledge and policies should be strengthened, medical technology and service level should be improved, and informatization of medical institutions should be promoted.
