企业文化在人力资源管理中的作用及其优化

The Role and Optimization of Corporate Culture in Human Resources Management

  • 摘要: 企业间的竞争归根到底是人才的竞争,企业文化作为企业的灵魂,在潜移默化中引导着人的思想方向、改变人的行为。要实现更有效的人力资源管理,须将企业文化建设视作管理的本质指向。本文从企业文化结构的分析入手,进一步阐述文化对于人力资源管理的重要影响,并探讨建设企业文化以促进人力资源管理的要求与途径。

     

    Abstract: Competition among enterprises is the competition of talents in the final analysis. As the soul of enterprises, corporate culture has led people's ideological direction and changed people's behavior imperceptibly. The construction of corporate culture should be regarded as the essential direction of management in order to achieve more effective human resources management. Starting from the analysis of corporate culture structure, this paper further elaborates the important influence of culture on human resources management, and explores the requirements and ways of building corporate culture to promote human resources management.
