“三位一体”大学生教育管理模式探讨

Exploration of Trinity Educational Management Mode for Undergraduates

  • 摘要: 辅导员负责学生的思想政治教育和日常管理事务性工作,班主任负责指导班风和学风建设及学生的个人发展和人生规划等,导师则主要负责所在课题组的学生的思想动态及学习状态,负责对自己团队内学生的学业知识和科研活动进行专业性的辅导。充分调动辅导员、班主任和导师积极性,形成三位一体的大学生教育管理新机制,有利于提高教育管理水平。

     

    Abstract: Counselor is responsible for students ideological and political education and daily routine management. Class adviser is in charge of the establishment of classroom discipline and learning style, as well as individual development. And mentor is responsible for students' ideological trends and academic trends, and help them to improve their academic knowledge and scientific activities. To give full play to counselor, adviser and mentor, and form a trinity educational management mechanism, it is benefit for promoting educational management standard.
