Abstract: By constructing the evaluation index system of innovation ecosystem health degree, the health degree of innovation ecosystem in six cities in Northern Anhui is evaluated, and the health value of innovation ecosystem in Northern Anhui is calculated. Results show that there is a large imbalance in the health degree of innovation ecosystem in Northern Anhui, and there is a large space for innovation development and economic development. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen Bengbu's position in the central city of Northern Anhui, make rational use of its location advantages, strengthen the construction of talents and improve its innovation ability.
