砀山酥梨品牌化经营现状及对策分析

Current Situation and Countermeasures of Dangshan Pear's Branding Management

  • 摘要: 运用SWOT分析法,对砀山酥梨品牌化经营过程中出现的问题进行分析。在不断加剧的市场竞争中,发展砀山酥梨产业,在管理和营销等方面应加强品牌建设、品牌塑造与推广、品牌维护等工作。

     

    Abstract: Problems appearing in the process of Dangshan pear's branding management are analyzed by using SWOT analysis. Results show that in the increasingly fierce market competition, in order to develop Dangshan pear industry, it is necessary to strengthen the brand building, brand-mold and spread, brand maintenance in the management and marketing process.
