Abstract: With the intensification of competition in e-commerce industry, the human resource cost of e-commerce retail enterprises is rising,therefore, it is imperative to optimize human resource cost.By analyzing the school-enterprise cooperation mode of enterprise A and enterprise B, it is found that the school-enterprise cooperation between e-commerce retail enterprises and vocational colleges can effectively optimize the cost of human resources, so as to improve the competitiveness of school-enterprise cooperation enterprises.
