Abstract: The introduction of narrative into the digital design of the Clan Temple of Hu Family can present the culture of the narrative theme, the diversity of the narrative structure and the communication of the narrative context. Researches and practices on narrative design of digital display can be implemented from the two aspects of narrative expression of ancestral temple cultural gene and interactive narrative construction of digital display, which can help the target audience understand the complex content of digital display and improve the efficiency of digital communication of traditional culture.
