Abstract: The titles of university education and middle school education have received widespread attention, which has been explored by taking clinical medicine as an example. Through the large-scale online open course, we have developed the pre-course of basic medicine and conducted pilot study. Questionnaire results show that middle school students have a high acceptance of this course and think it can stimulate interest in biology, chemistry and other related disciplines. Preparatory courses of basic medicine not only play a guiding role in students' professional choice after college entrance examination, but also can be used as an effective link between secondary education and University Medical education.
