大学生就业指导课互动式教学研究

Research on Interactive Teaching of University Students' Career Guidance Course

  • 摘要: 大学生就业指导课上引入互动式教学模式有利于调动学生的学习热情,提高学生主动思考的能力,培养学生的创新思维和实践能力。通过课前预习制作简历,课上模拟面试,课堂分享和教师总结等几个层次来进行课堂设计,能增强课堂教学的参与性、实践性和趣味性,激发学生学习的主动性,达到提高就业指导课教学效果的目的。

     

    Abstract: The introduction of interactive teaching mode in college students' employment guidance course is beneficial to mobilize students' learning enthusiasm, improve students'active thinking ability, and cultivate students' innovative thinking and practical ability.In order to enhance the participation, practicality and interest of classroom teaching, stimulate students' initiative in learning and achieve the goal of improving the teaching effect of employment guidance course, classroom design is carried out at several levels, such as preparing resumes before class, simulating interview in class, sharing in class and summarizing by teachers.
