Abstract: In the era of "Internet+", there are some problems in college students' entrepreneurship, such as failing to make full use of the Internet to expand their income model, ignoring the new financing mode of "Internet+" and lacking the vision of establishing incentives. College students should adopt big data analysis to orientate their entrepreneurship, make full use of new network financing methods and special policy dividends, establish an "Internet +" incentive system, use network resources to gain entrepreneurial experience, and raise network wisdom and thinking.
