Abstract: International business activities are increasing in the context of economic globalization so that business English interpretation is becoming increasingly significant. The adaptation theory studies the rules and methods of language use with the clues of language variation, negotiation and adaptation. Therefore, the interpreter should choose proper language according to the context and environment in order to improve interpreting quality.
