Abstract: Under the environment of intelligent library in the era of big data, it is necessary for libraries in colleges and universities to construct the mode of "professional solvers of user's problems" to serve teaching and scientific research and improve service quality. Therefore, libraries in colleges and universities should cultivate professional solvers of user's problems, recreate new digital libraries, and realize the interconnection and integration of digital library, professional solvers and users.
