Abstract: The Communist Party of China always considers three key issues of why, what and how to develop, and focuses on the exploration of social development from three basic dimensions:the choice of driving force for social development, development theme and development strategy. The social development concept of the Communist Party of China is characterized by the unity of inheritance and innovation, the unity of systematization and logicality, and the unity of class and people. In addition, it has distinct internal development laws, such as organic combination of theory and practice, adherence to people-centered thinking and distinct practice direction.
