基于OBE教育理念的人才培养模式探析——以全球治理专业为例

On Talent Training Mode Based on OBE Educational Concept——Taking Global Governance Specialty as an Example

  • 摘要: OBE教育理念注重以学生为中心、产出导向、持续改进。这需要高校转换教育观念,建构相应的培养体系,并重视产出过程和结果评估。全球治理专业应依据培养定位和目标,构建新型全球治理人才培养体系,加强质量保障,关注"持续改进"。

     

    Abstract: OBE educational concept is student-centered, output oriented and focuses on continuous improvement, which requires colleges and universities to change their educational concept, construct corresponding training system, and pay attention to the output process and result evaluation. According to the training orientation and goal, global governance specialty should build a new talent training system for global governance, strengthen quality assurance and focus on "continuous improvement".
