信息类应用型人才培养模式问题与对策研究

A Research on the Problems and Countermeasures of the Training Mode of Applied Talents inInformation

  • 摘要: 信息化时代对信息应用型人才的要求越来越高,但人才培养模式仍然偏于传统,存在专业课程之间衔接不足、学生实践能力培养欠缺等问题。高校应制定科学合理的培养方案,注重学生能力培养,推动人才培养模式改革创新,以满足信息化社会的人才需求。

     

    Abstract: In the information age, the demand for applied talents in information is higher. However, its training mode of talents is still traditional and there are some problems, such as lack of connection between professional courses, lack of training of students' practical ability and so on. Therefore, colleges and universities should formulate scientific and reasonable training programs, pay attention to the cultivation of students' ability, promote the reform and innovation of talent training mode, so as to meet the needs of talents in the information society.
