优秀大学生的成长路径特征及启示——基于近10年“中国大学生年度人物”事迹文本研究

Characteristics and Enlightenment of the Growth Path of Excellent College Students——Based on the Text Research of “Chinese College Students of the Year” in the Past 10 Years

  • 摘要: 中国大学生年度人物是优秀大学生群体的典型代表。通过对近10年大学生年度人物先进事迹文本分析发现,他们的成长路径特征主要体现为信仰坚定忠诚、勤奋刻苦、砥砺自强、乐观向上、知行合一。这些特征为探究培育新时代优秀大学生提供了启示:应加强理想信念教育,注入学生终身可持续发展精神之"钙";提升资源供给品质,打造与学生成长需求相匹配优质环境;激活自主成长动力;关注特殊学生群体:深化"全员成长、多元成才"均衡发展。

     

    Abstract: "Chinese college students of the year" are typical representatives of excellent college students. Through the text analysis of the exemplary deeds of college students of the year in the past 10 years, it is found that their growth path is characterized by firm faith, hard work, self-improvement, optimism, unity of knowledge and practice. These characteristics provide enlightenment for the exploration and cultivation of excellent college students in the new era. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the education of ideals and beliefs, inject the "calcium" of students' life-long sustainable development spirit, improve the quality of resource supply, create a high-quality environment that matches the growth demand of students, activate the driving force of independent growth, pay attention to special student groups, and deepen the balanced development of "all staff growth and diversified talent development".
