Abstract: In order to cultivate postgraduates in the field of surface engineering, we should strengthen the training mode of tutor group, introduce “classified lecture” in the course of surface engineering into the classroom, pay attention to the training of postgraduates’ learning methods, strengthen the ability of consulting literature and experiments, and attach importance to the combination of theory and practice.
