晓庄电商学院“网店店长”人才培养模式实践探索

Practice and Exploration of “Online Store Manager” Talent Training Mode of Xiaozhuang E-business College

  • 摘要: 校企共建晓庄电商学院,构建了基于“网店店长”岗位导向的“网实一体,工创联动”工学结合人才培养模式。该人才培养模式以社会化服务项目为引导,采用工学结合人才培养方式,取得了良好效果。

     

    Abstract: Xiaozhuang e-business college is jointly established by the school and the enterprise. Based on the post orientation of “online store manager”, the work-integrated learning talent training mode of “integration of online store and physical store, linkage of industry and innovation” is constructed. Under the guidance of social service projects, this talent training mode adopts work-integrated learning, which achieves good results.
