Abstract: As a link connecting schools,teachers and students,basic educational administration workers play an important role in improving the management and service level,but there are still some problems,such as unclear working objectives,increased risk of mistakes,and the needing improvement of their own professional quality.The idea of “list revolution” has certain reference significance to the basic educational administration in colleges and universities.
