软件技术专业“园中校”的“两步四段”人才培养模式探索与实践

Exploration and Practice of the “Two Steps and Four Stages” Talent Training Mode in Software Technology Specialty's “School in Software Park” Project

  • 摘要: 将软件技术专业实习实训教学搬至软件园区形成“园中校”,进行校企协同育人,深化校企合作,构建以社会需求为基点、以就业为导向的“两步四段”的创新人才培养模式。以企业真实项目驱动开展教学,企业导师进课堂指导实践,教师进企业参与项目开发,采用成果导向的多元考核方式,提高了人才培养质量。

     

    Abstract: The practice and training teaching of software technology specialty has been moved to the software park to form the "school in software park" project, so as to carry out school enterprise cooperative education, deepen school enterprise cooperation, and build a "two steps and four stages" innovative talent training mode based on social demand and oriented by employment. The real project driven teaching is adopted, which makes enterprise tutors guide the practice in the classroom and teachers participate in the project development in the enterprise. In addition, results oriented multiple assessment methods are adopted. Therefore, the quality of talent training has been improved.
