Abstract: “Internet Plus” promotes the new round of industrial revolution with information technology. Enterprises are facing tremendous pressure of survival and development. They need to open fine management mode, strengthen the application of management accounting, promote the integration of industry and finance, and enhance management efficiency. However, there is a large gap in the number of management accounting talents in China and their professional ability is insufficient. It is urgent to speed up the construction of management accounting talent system and cultivate high-quality management accounting talents.
