Abstract: Taking the survey data of Tongling city in Anhui Province as an example, the binary logistic model is used to analyze the influencing factors of farmers' participation in the training of new professional farmers. The results show that: young and middle-aged farmers with high education level and high per capita income have strong training willingness. Low training cost, breeding technology, agricultural policy and marketing management knowledge in the training content can attract farmers to participate in the training. On site guidance, remote observation and classroom teaching are more popular training methods for farmers.
