行为科学管理理论视角下大学生顶岗实习实效性提升研究

On Improving the Effectiveness of College Students' Internship from the Perspective of Behavioral Scientific Management Theory

  • 摘要: 顶岗实习高校开展实践教学的主要形式之一，由于政府、企业、院校以及学生等诸多层面的原因，当前在提升学生顶岗实习实效性的过程中还面临着不少困境。政府应以合理的政策引导，激励企业积极参与，充分重视学生和企业的需求，提高顶岗实习工作实效。

     

    Abstract: Internship is one of the main forms of practice teaching in colleges and universities. At present, there are many difficulties in improving the actual effect of students' internship. The government should take reasonable policy guidance, encourage enterprises to participate actively, pay full attention to the needs of students and enterprises, so as to improve the actual effect of internship.
